How to Apply for Refund
- Arrive at airport early

Required Items for Registration
- When registering, please bring
- Passport
- Boarding Pass
- Valid Entry Visa (if required)
- Travel Itinerary Confirmation
- You must meet Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority entry requirements to be eligible for the tour
- If you have large luggage, wheeled carry-on bags, or duty-free items including alcohol, it is recommended to store them at the left luggage counter before proceeding to the “Free Singapore Tour” service counter
- Electronic devices cannot be stored and must be carried during the tour
