Eligible travelers who have registered their facial and iris biometrics upon arrival in Singapore can clear immigration contactlessly without presenting their passport.
If you are not eligible for automated clearance, you can also clear immigration contactlessly after registering your facial and iris biometrics at immigration counters.

How to Apply for Refund
- Arrive at airport early
- Allow sufficient time for goods inspection
- Request approval at customs inspection counter at terminal where you check in luggage or where your flight departs

- When registering, please bring
- Passport
- Boarding Pass
- Valid Entry Visa (if required)
- Travel Itinerary Confirmation
- You must meet Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority entry requirements to be eligible for the tour
- If you have large luggage, wheeled carry-on bags, or duty-free items including alcohol, it is recommended to store them at the left luggage counter before proceeding to the “Free Singapore Tour” service counter
- Electronic devices cannot be stored and must be carried during the tour
